my personal fave is snowshoeing.
its a great way to see wildlife while catching some rays on your face.
you can usually rent snowshoes at any outdoor shop for pretty cheap.
so grab your friends, boxed wine, and get shoein'
*locals note: you can get a great deal on rentals at skinny skis

I love snowshoeing, especially when there's a TON of snow to tromp around in. I think you can rent snowshoes in Jasper for something like $10. It's awesome! This reminds me that I need to head out for another shoeing adventure.

Ahh blogger just deleted my comment, so apologies if you get this twice! Just wanted to say that snowshoeing looks fun! I've never tried it. I still need to go on a ski trip, which is something I've been meaning to do for the last 4.5 years. Oops. haha

I just received snow shoes for Christmas, but have yet to use them in Ohio. It's supposed to get cold this week, maybe we'll get some fluffy white stuff.

Oh, Just Living the Dream
Some friends of ours recently got back Tahoe and went snow shoeing! I was inspired! This looks so fun (the wine is key (; )
